Scholarships and Bursaries
Scholarships are awarded at the Head Master's discretion for academic excellence and for outstanding talent in Art, Music and Sport. Scholarship applications should be made to the Registrar. For Year 7 entry each September academic scholarships are awarded on the basis of performance in the Entrance Examinations held the previous January. Music, Art and Sports Scholarships are awarded on the basis of individual assessment by the relevant Head of Department and recommendation to the Head Master. These assessments also take place in January. The percentage fee reduction awarded will be applied to the termly day fee less a notional charge for lunches of £157 per term.
Scholarships may also be awarded to students entering Year 9 and Year 12. Details are available from the Registrar.
Sibling Bursaries:
When three or more children from the same family are attending Kent College simultaneously, the following remissions may be granted:

This bursary is given in respect of the youngest child / children. It is not given in addition to any other award, and is not available for children in the Nursery Unit.
HM Forces Bursaries:
Personnel who are eligible for the Boarding School Allowance only pay 10% of the total boarding and tuition fee.
