This weekend marks the start of the Canterbury Festival, and on Sunday 18th we will be hosting Simon Watt in the Great Hall for two very different shows. His first show at, 3 pm, Ugly Animals: Weird Life Under Water is a one for the whole family. He'll be taking you, "for a tour of the tremendous wildlife we can find on the shore and in the depths."
Simon Watt: Frogs and Friends, is the second show of the day. At 7 pm Simon will return with his new adults-only stand-up lecture, "he explores why frogs are better than most people he knows and how studying them has changed the world!"
This will be a fantastic opener here for KC, not just for hosting but also for our first official event to be held in the Great Hall this academic year, so don't miss out. Tickets are still available via the Canterbury Festival website.
