Lower School Autumn Drama Production

We are delighted to have such a talented cast and warmly welcome you to watch our Lower School Drama Production of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Pantomime’ written by A Henley and Mr H Smith.
With a cast of nearly 40, this fast, and funny play will be performed on Monday & Tuesday 29 & 30 November in the Great Hall by our Lower School Drama Club. The production is being co-directed by Mr Harry Smith and Ms Marie Christian, ably assisted by Jessica Crow and Max Wright.
We follow the tale of four lovers in Athens trapped in a confusing love triangle (/square?), two of who run away into the forest to be with one another, only to stumble upon fairies and a ridiculous amount of mischief! A comedy pantomime with a BIG cast of exciting and interesting characters.
Tickets are available by calling the Senior School office between 10am and 6pm and we suggest a minimum donation of £2.50 to Children In Need for each ticket. You can book up to 6 tickets at a time but you must leave a seat between your group and the group sitting next to you. We would prefer card payment if possible. All proceeds from the performance will be donated to Children In Need.
Doors will open at 18:30 for a show start time of 19:00.
While social distancing is no longer enforced in the hall, we do ask that you continue to be aware of those around you, especially in busier areas, and we advise audience members to wear a face covering throughout their visit, unless medically exempt.
Please park in the Austen car park.
Thank you once again for booking to see ‘A Midsummer Night’s Pantomime’ and we look forward to welcoming you to the performance.
