MADE BY OUR VALUES
At Kent College we encourage students to develop the following values and to take these with them as they grow into young adults and enter the wider world.
- Acting justly
THE ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE YOU EXPECT
With small class sizes, a broad range of academic pathways, and tailored options for every individual, we offer the flexibility for every student to pursue their passions and achieve their potential from our Junior School through to the Sixth Form and beyond.
SPORT FOR LIFE
Sport at Kent College is about more than physical performance; it is central to co-curricular life and psychological wellbeing. With a rich sporting history there is something for everyone, from novice to elite athlete, and whether they’re honing their talents or simply having fun, pupils learn teamwork, leadership and communication—key skills for life.
MUSIC, THEATRE AND THE ARTS
The artistic life of the school fizzes with creativity and reflects the broad artistic interests of our community. From music making and performance to the many creative opportunities through drama, art, design and technology, students are inspired to create, explore and flourish in everything they do.
PASTORAL AND SPIRITUAL CARE
It is fundamental to us that every child in our care feels valued, happy and secure and our friendly and inclusive school environment supports that. We work closely with pupils and their families to get to know each individual, ensuring they can thrive at our school, and become the best that they can be.
CAMPUS AND LOCATION
THE ISI'S HIGHEST JUDGMENT 2022
Pupils exhibit high levels of social awareness; their mature ability to collaborate purposefully is a key strength of the school. Pupils are open-minded and inclusive, valuing the diversity within the school community. Pupils' positive attitudes to learning are evident from their excellent levels of engagement in lessons where they work with focus and determination both individually and collaboratively. This is encouraged by the highly positive relationships they have with their teachers.
