Edukid Easter Trail

EDUKID EASTER TRAIL 2024

The first Kent College Easter Trail was organised by KC Sixth Formers for the Junior School, in aid of EduKid. The youngest pupils hunted for Easter animal shapes and the older pupils found egg shapes with letters on them. Years 1 & 2 unscrambled the letters to discover the seasonal message “Happy Easter” whilst years 3 to 6 were challenged to find the same message in English and/or Spanish “¡Felices Pascuas!”

115 Junior School pupils assisted by 11 Sixth Formers completed the challenge and enjoyed arts & crafts and facepainting before receiving an Easter Egg. 

Thank you to all who supported and especially to Missy, Rebecca, Emily and Clemmy who organised the event. We raised about £350, taking our EduKid total over our minimum target for the academic year to approximately £3300 raised by both schools. This is fantastic and will enable the purchase of more essential items for the children.
