Year 7 Assessment Week 2024

YEAR 7 ASSESSMENT WEEK

This week we would like to congratulate all the wonderful year six pupils taking part in our Year 7 Placement Assessment Week and taking assessments for an array of scholarships. We are so excited to see such a variety of talents and skills, from the academic to the creative or sports based. We would like to take the time to acknowledge that this can be a nerve-wracking time for many prospective students and reassure you all that there is nothing to worry about! Here at KC our values focus on kindness and openness, and we hope that this reflects itself in the overall placement week process. 

There is also still time for students (both prospective and current) to apply for scholarships to start in year 9 and 12 in September 2024. Scholars are such a vital part of life at KC, they are truly at the heart of so many fantastic elements of the school such as our drama performances and the numerous sports tournaments that we host. It must be said that KC would not be KC without its scholars! 

So, to all those Year six pupils showcasing portfolios or sport skills, performing drama pieces, and putting their academic process to the test, we wish you the best of luck in your endeavours and hope to see you in the KC uniform come September.
